Truck Crashes

Truck crashes have serious consequences for all parties involved, as trucks are more likely to be involved in crashes that have fatalities than any other type of vehicle on the road. Truck crashes usually create large amounts of damages to all vehicles involved, given the size of trucks. Even a low speed accident can result in major damages and fatalities. As a whole, most truck drivers are very responsible and are typically not at fault in truck crashes. That said, common mistakes made by truck drives that lead to these crashes include speeding, driver fatigue, unbalanced or overloaded trailers, mechanical failure, braking failure and driving under the influence of alcohol. Apart from causing major injuries and damages, truck crashes can also be dangerous due to what the trucks are carrying, such as fuel, biohazards, or livestock.
